You’ve gotten the positive pregnancy test. You’ve told your spouse, and you’ve shared the news with your family. You’ve starting building a Pinterest board of your hopes for the nursery and for the clothes your baby will be insanely cute wearing.

All of a sudden it hits you. This baby has to come out!

Yes, pain in labor is a real thing, but there’s no need to go into labor scared or empty-handed! There are a large number of methods available to help women navigate labor and delivery safely and, dare I say, with some measure of ease (relatively speaking, of course…).

Below is a list of different methods of coping and management that are offered within the Greenville, SC birth community. Know that when it comes to labor and delivery, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BIRTH AS YOU WANT!
